Is the product already assembled?
The products are not delivered with the feet mounted to prevent the structure from being damaged in transport.
Nothing complicated! The holes will be pre-made and screwing will be facilitated.
A simple little explanation will be provided to you to avoid any constraints and thus allow you to use your product as quickly as possible!
Handmade products
All our bowls holder for cats and dogs are made by us and despite a control it can happens that some defects will be show on the fabric. Nevertheless it will not avoid the use of your elevated bowl
Packaging / Transport?
The packaging is offered and carried out by us.
The price of delivery is calculated in increments of Kilos according to the post office.
A tracking number is sent as soon as the shipment is made and allows you to follow the shipping steps on the site of the Post Office.
The prices are more or less identical to those charged in France.
